"FEDACTIO" BELCIKA’YA TÜRKLERIN GELISININ 50.YILI KARIKATUR YARISMASI

"Fedactio" olarak Turklerin Belcika’ya gelisinin 50. yil etkinlikleri kapsaminda 3 yil surecek olan dizi organizasyonlarin ilk ayagini temsil eden karikatur yarismasi ile karikaturun verecegi dostluk mesajinin sergilenmesi amaclanmaktadir
Yarisma herkese aciktir.

Tema: Turkler’in Belcika’ya gelisinin 50. Yili cercevesinde birlikte yasama kulturu,kulturel cesitlilik ve cogulculuk, empati, diyalog,hosgoru ve dostluk.

-Cizim teknigi serbesttir. Cizimler orjinal, daha once odul almamis ve en fazla uc adet olabilir. Boyutunun A3 (297 mmx420 mm) olmasi ve arkasinin eser sahibince imzali olmasi gerekir, cizim dijital ise cozunurlugunun 72 DPI olmasi gerekir.

– Yarismacilar bir sayfayi gecmeyecek kisa ozgecmislerini ve iletisim bilgilerini de basvuru ile birlikte iletmelidirler.

– Secilen ilk 50 eser 18.02.2012 tarihinde duzenlenecek odul toreninde sergilenecektir. Sergilenmeyen eserler istenirse Fedactio merkezinden 15.03.2012 tarihine kadar iade alinabilecektir. Bu tarihten sonra bir sorumluluk kabul edilmeyecektir. Posta ucretleri yarismaciya aittir.

– Sergilenen eserlerin basim yayin hakki Fedactio’da olacaktir. Eserlerin sergilenmesinde, basilmasinda ayrica bir telif ucreti odenmeyektir.

-Yarismaya basvuranlar, bu kurallarin hepsini kabul etmis sayilir.

Regulation:
– Each participant can send maximum 5 artworks in each Section.
– Sending (Name, family name, post address, Email address and Telephone)
of artists Just by word file is necessary.
– The catalogue will be send to the entire artist that their
artworks published in the catalogue.
– Artworks must be in 200 dpi by width or length of 2000 pixel
by jpg format.
– Subject of [Fadjr] must be mentioned in the send Email.

THE RICH, THE POOR, THE PROTESTER is the main theme for the 2012 PortoCartoon.
Statistical indicators show that the world is becoming more asymmetrical.
The rich get richer and the number of poor is increasing. The crisis enlarges the inequalities. The "outraged movement" is extending to several countries. With the social networking envolved.
There will be a Tsunami of indignation? Looking for new kinds of democracy?
In addition to participating with cartoons on the main theme, the cartoonists can also send works for the FREE CATEGORY, as per the previous editions.

The artists who do not wish to compete can send their works to the EXTRA-COMPETITION section informing of this decision.

3.1. Works must be originals and any kind of graphical technique will be accepted, including digital artwork, sent by Internet, if the prints are SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR and if they are indicated as PRINT NUMBER ONE, or a original to this contest.
3.2. Can also be presented sculptures pieces of humour, in any kind of material.

The works can have at the maximum the following measures:
– in paper, 42 x 30 cm (DIN A3);
– sculpture pieces, 42 x 30 x 30 cm

The works should present on the reverse the following information: author´s name and address, title, theme section and year. The author’s CV in Portuguese or English (publications, exhibitions, prizes…) should also be sent.

The works should arrive at the PORTUGUESE PRINTING PRESS MUSEUM until March 12th 2012, with the entry form.

Application criteria
• The author may send up to three (3) work(s)
• The authors should apply with application form
• The applicants are expected to send the filled out application form,
including short curriculum vitae (CV) and photo,
all together with their work(s) in electronic form.
• The application form could be filled out directly on the OSTEN web,
could be downloaded from the OSTEN web and sent by mail,
or could be copied, scanned and shared with other colleagues
to be send by e-mail
• The work(s) can be uploaded on the OSTEN web site together
with the application, sent by mail on CD, or sent by e-mail
•
• By completion of the Application form, the applicant accepts
in advance that (s)he hands over the copy rights (s)he holds
over the works.
The author agrees that the organizer can use the art works,
exhibit them, study them and publish them, without any limitation
on the type of the media, duration or location of publishing
• Unfulfilled application form is not qualified for further selection

Process of selection and jury
• All properly applied works entering the pre-selection process
• The Board appointed by the organizer
is in charge for pre-selection

the organizer will informed pre-selected authors and ask them
to sent the original works on the OSTEN address
(òhe organizer is not responsible for any damages
during the transport)
• The pre-selected works that will be received
up to 15th of February 2012, are entering the selection
of international jury and are candidates for one of the prizes
• All pre-selected works will be included in the Catalogue
• All the authors in the Catalogue will receive one copy free
• The organizer will cover the accommodation expenses
for first prizewinners for the opening and award ceremony
in Republic of Macedonia
• All received works will remain in the collection
of the OSTEN Museum of Art on Paper

Caricature:
*In this category, the authors can participate and send 3 caricatures, maximum.
The technique is on their own choice, and dimensions A/4.
*Particulars about the authors should be written at the back side of the work.

*Karikatur Vakfi tarafindan duzenlenen 18.Uluslararasi Ankara 7-77 Karikatur Festivali 20-23 Nisan 2012 tarihlerinde dort gun sureyle, ulkemizde 83’uncu kez kutlanacak 23 Nisan Cocuk Bayrami etkinlikleri sirasinda COCUKLAR icin yapilacaktir.

*18.Uluslararasi Ankara 7-77 Karikatur Festivali kapsaminda 8.ULUSLARARASI 7-77 KARIKATUR YARISMASI duzenlenmistir. Yarismanin amaci, yarinin buyukleri cocuklara karikaturu sevdirmek, mizah duyarliliginin gelisimine katkida bulunmak ve onlarin dunyalarini cizeceginiz karikaturlerle zenginlestirmektir.
