HAS RACISM BECOME AN ISSUE IN CARTOON CONTESTS AS WELL?

The competition organized in Germany with the theme “Wolf” has made winners at last. The top-rewarded caricatures were almost always crafted by German artists, and the texts on these works were in German as well. A previous contest in Stuttgart over “Car Passion” had yielded winning caricatures with again German artists and attachments. Therefore, we are guided to deduce the fact that the contests held in Germany are biased through “National” inclinations. As a “Regulatory Law on Immigration” is about to be passed, we publicly denounce the results of this highly popular international contest like we had protested those of the previous competition.

IRKÇILIK, KARÝKATÜR YARIÞMALARINDA DA MI KENDÝNÝ GÖSTERMEYE BAÞLADI?

Almanya’da düzenlenen ve konusu “Kurt” olarak belirlenen karikatür yarýþmasýnýn sonuçlarý belli oldu. Ödül kazanan karikatürlerin hemen hepsi Alman çizerler tarafýndan çizilmiþ ve hemen hepsinde textler Almanca. Daha önce de Stuttgart’ta düzenlenen ve konusu “Otomobil Tutkusu” olarak belirlenen yarýþmada da yine ödül alan  tüm karikatürler Alman çizerlere aitti ve hemen hepsinde yazýlar yine almancaydý. Bu sonuç gösteriyor ki; Almanya merkezli yarýþmalar, kesinlikle “Nasyonal” bir mantýkla düzenleniyor. Yürürlüðe girmek üzere olan “Göçmen Yasasý” gündemdeyken geniþ katýlýmlý bir uluslararasý yarýþmanýn bu sonuçlarýný diðerinde olduðu gibi yine protesto ediyoruz!!!
