Dear colleagues,
on the attach you will find the rules of the new contest organised by
Stuttgart Marketing, in the city of Stuttgart, Germany.
The theme of this 4th International Contest is “The passion for travel”.
Take care of the deadline, it´s earlier than before!
We hope of a big international participation, and put all your dates on the
registration form; on the point “Comments” you could write your opinions,
your wishes, your critics or your ideas for the future.
This contest is very important for the Cartoon world, and specially for
Germany and why not for the city of Stuttgart, so we wish them a long and
always better (Cartoon-)life.
Please resend the rules to your FECO-members.
The rules are also sent to not yet FECO-members, because we are a so kind
family of cartoonists!
