Beside that lately the different cartoon contests have launched awards
for similar works. We are facing frequently in anxiety that we consider
less ethical values of doing cartoon…”

It was a proposal according this topic from our internet CARTUNION Club.
The central idea is to exhibit only 20-30 final candidates for prizes.
We just have a positive experience with this methodic.
There just were a number of prizes cancelled by the organizers:
Tebriz-2009, Manissa-Mesir-2009
