The "1st International Biennial of Caricature," director of the project reserves the right to
use any entry at any time, for the purpose of promoting the event and / or conduct of roaming
project by states and municipalities if occurs. The artists participating in the "Show Humour
1st International Biennial of Caricature" cede automatically copyrights of their works, allowing
its use for reproductions and publications of any support, in accordance with Law No. 9610 of
February 19, 1888 (Law of Copyrights), aiming to promote the event, in all forms of use and
free of charge. Thus, the Act for registration of a work automatically imply the assignment of the
respective copyright for disclosure purposes, however, the copyright belongs to the author is not
transferable and remain with the artist.
No work will be offered for sale or used for commercial purposes
