Belgorod City Administration and Gallery «Chotko» have arranged The International Cartoon Festival «CLEAR LOOK-2010», devoted to Ecology, rational use of natural resources, ecology of Soul. Competition is opened for professional and amateur cartoonists from all over the world. Subject is "Ecology. Rational use of natural resources. Ecology of Soul". The Jury will meet in October 2010 for the selection and award of the works. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
