BRAILA INTERNATIONAL CARTOON CONTEST 2nd EDITION 2007

REGULATION

Contest: open to all cartoonists

Theme: A) Braila- a multi-ethnic province (in Braila’s region cohabit beside Romanians the following ethnic communities: Bulgarians, Greeks, Italians, Jews, Lipovenians, Roms, Tatars and Turks)

B) Free

Entries: max. 5.

The works should be sent by classic mail or by e-mail (A4, A3, 300 dpi, Jpeg) and must be accompanied by the author’s biography.
Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) – A3 (297 x 420 mm)
Technique: free
Deadline: November 20^th, 2007
Prizes:

Great Prize – ~~1000 €~~ 1500 €;

First Prize – ~~800 €~~ 1000 €;

Second Prize – ~~500 €~~ 800 €;

Third Prize – ~~300 €~~ 500 €;

3 Special Prizes – ~~200 €~~ 3 x 300 € (each)
