*Theme: Culture (Music, Theater, Arts etc.) + Free theme.

*Deadline: 5th of September.
*Prizes: 1st prize / 500 €, 2nd prize / 300 €, 3rd prize /200 €.

Tety Boros is one of the "legendary" Romanian Cartoonists, he was born on 15 Aug. 1942, and doing cartoons since 1970. He is participating since than yearly to all the Main International Cartoon Exhibitions all over the world, and he has won several international prizes in well-known competitions, Cartoon Festivals like Tokyo (Japan), Havana (Cuba), Pescara, Pistoia, Ancona,Tolentino-Fano (Italy) etc. Now at the age of almost 71 this is a Great Honor & recognition of his talent & carrier as a cartoonist, and this Festival which will keep TETY’s name is a project which now is coming true with the great help of MURES County Council. "TETY HUMORFEST 2013" will be organized inside the events that will mark the Centenary of the Palace of Culture in Tg. Mures – Romania. Mures County Council official website: www.cjmures.ro
