 BRAILA INTERNATIONAL CARTOON CONTEST 2nd EDITION 2007

 

REGULATION

Contest: open to all cartoonists

Theme:  A) Braila- a multi-ethnic province (in Braila’s region cohabit beside Romanians the following ethnic communities: Bulgarians, Greeks, Italians, Jews, Lipovenians, Roms, Tatars and Turks)

               B) Free

Entries: max. 5.

The works should be sent by classic mail or by e-mail (A4, A3, 300 dpi, Jpeg) and must be accompanied by the author’s biography.
Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) – A3 (297 x 420 mm)
Technique: free
Deadline: November 20^th, 2007
Prizes:

Great Prize –  1000 €  1500 €;

First Prize – 800 €  1000 €;

Second Prize – 500 €  800 €;

Third Prize – 300 €  500 €;

3 Special Prizes –  200 €  3 x 300 € (each)

Exhibition: December 8^th, 2007

Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
