Regulation
1. The 4th "RED MAN" International Humour Art Biennial of China is Organised by China Red man

International Art Center.

2. The contest is open to all artists worldwide.

4. Entries: unlimited number of works.

5. The size of the works should be unbounded.

6. Works whether they have been awarded in other contests previously will be accepted.

7. Participators should submit the original works. Digital prints and photocopies will not be accepted.

8. Technique and medium of works are unlimited, painting, Printmaking, Watercolor, Mixed are all

acceptable.

9. First name, Last name, Address, Email, Telephone number should be written on the revers. Accompanied

by the author’s self-made entry-form and biography.

10. Participators should specify which section whose works Participate in.

11. Authors should have full copyright and be responsible for all the legal responsibilities related to

the productions copyright.

12. Organizer will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during postage and handling.

13. Deadline for entries is NOVEMBER, 15, 2012.

14. Judgment: DECEMBER, 25, 2012.

20. All the copyrights are reserved by the authors. Within China, the Redman International Art Center is

the sole agency of the cartoonists’ all works.

21. Participation in the contest means the complete acceptance of all the above conditions and

agreements with jury’s decision.

VIII HUMOR HALL OF LIMEIRAL IMEIRA-SP/ BRASIL

REGULATION
The VIII Hall of Humor in Limeira, designed and promoted by the fanzine O PIU, open registrations for all artists around the world, which draw a free hand, with entries until SEPTEMBER 12 of 2012.
Participants can sign up with how many original works they like, of its proper authorship, UNKNOWN AND ORIGINALS, in the minimum size of A4 paper (21 x 29.7 cm) and up to A3 (42 X 29.7 cm). The back of each work must be identified with the category and full name.

REGISTRATION
Entries are free.

Especially on this year we’ll be accepting only digital works by the email jornal_opiu@hotmail.com as usual.
Registrations will be considered valid since they are held by the organizing committee until 12 of September 2012,
The selection and award of works will be made by a selection committee given by the O PIU.

Note: The failure of any item above implies the entries cancellation or cancellation of awards received.
AWARDS
The awardees will be published on the O PIU in special edition of October 2012, and displayed of 26 of September until 6 of October, in the Gallery of the Teatro Vitória (Victory Theater), beyond the permanent exposition on the blog of O PIU.
All submissions are considered to be acquisitions of paper O PIU. The possession, use and other rights in such work will belong to the paper O PIU, which reserves the right to use them at its will.
The simple inscription of the participant fully and automatic means the agreement with this Regulation.

1st INTERNATIONAL CARTOON CONTEST SINALOA 2012

RULES

1. PARTICIPATION
The Contest is open to all cartoonists from all over the world and beyond.

2. THEME: Sexual Diversity
Sexual Diversity has existed in all societies at all times. Sometimes it has been open and
often, because of discrimination and prejudice, it has been closeted.
Our theme this year respects the right of adults and consenting human beings to express their
different sexualities.

3. THE PRIZES
1st Prize: $2000 US dollars + plate.
2nd Prize: $1500 US dollars + plate.
3rd Prize: $1000 US dollars + plate.

Winners will be notified by e-mail after 20th November 2012.

4. ENTRIES
A maximum of 3 works can be submitted by E-mail in any media, in black and white or
colour, but they should not have received a prize in other contests.
Works should have a minimum resolution of 200 dpi and keep the proportions of a Letter
size paper sheet (21.5cms x 27.9cms). They should be sent to:

8. PROPERTY RIGHTS
Copyright belongs to authors. The Contest will use some works, but only for promotional
purposes, such as publicity, the catalogue and the press.

9. THE JURY.
The jury is composed of three cartoon artists of international recognition. The results of the
contest will be published on 20th November 2012 by the media and winners will be notified by
e-mail. The decision of the jury is final.

Axial International Cartoon Contest 2012

Theme: Machines in agriculture, construction and warehousing
The Baja based AXIÁL Ltd. – a retailer for agricultural, construction and warehousing machines – calls for an International
Cartoon Contest.
The brands marketed in Hungary by the company: Agrifac, Annaburger, Budissa Bag, Framest, Berthoud,
Gregoire Besson, Horsch, Hyundai, Gehl, Supertino, Sulky, CLAAS, Tume, Monosem, Oehler, Romill, Fendt, Manitou, Landini,
OMG, CLM, Arcusin, Supertino, Hidromek and RMH.
All entries must feature a machine marketed by AXIÁL Ltd. (see above). You can choose whichever you want: a tractor, an
earth mover, a fork lift or other.

Apart from the one condition above, you can unleash your imagination! The world of work in agriculture, the construction
industry or warehouses must give you plenty of ideas!
1. The contest is open to all -amateur or professional – participants above the age of 18. Participants can enter
maximum three works in A4 and/or A3 size. There are no technical constraints regarding the technique.
