-Bazan, jurilerde bir uye: Ben bu karikaturun benzerini gormustum!” deyiveriyor(???)
Bu yontemle, boyle bir savi irdeleyip, kanitlayacak vakti de kazanmis oluruz.
-Uyarilardan sonra juri, benzerligin derecesi hakkinda karar verir.
-Karikatur yeterince benzer bulunursa, adaylik iptal edilir.
-Esinlenme, çalinti, taklit ya da suçsuzluk farketmez,
sonraki tarihli karikatururun odule hakki olmayacaktýr.

-Proposal of Cakmak : “candidate cartoons for prizes” is suitable and testable.
-Sometimes, in the juries, a juror say : ” I have seen a similar of this cartoon!” (???)
In this way, we will gain some time to investigate and to prove this situation.
-After the objections, the jury will decide, about the degree of similarity.
-If the cartoons are sufficiently similar, jury will cancel the candidacy.
– Inspiration, plagiarism, imitation or innocence,
the cartoon which was drawn after the date, has no right of a prize.
