Dear Cartoonist our friend,
this year we organized the tenth International Eskiþehir Festival, the subject of cartoons, "Black and White (Settlement)" was chosen as.
Aktiffelsef – New Yüksektepe through his volunteer work on different subjects in the study, the general public and recommends a holistic way that could allow for the development both of individuals to create solutions to the problems of the modern world.

For we know that the problem of people started and people resolved, people’s physical, psychological and mental needs to work on how to be healthy and meet people with practical applications it is necessary to focus people to strengthen these plans.
